Based in Middlewich, Cheshire, the W.P.I. Group is headed by William Patrick Igoe.

We are a family run company with a history of excellence within the Civil Engineering and Construction Industries since 1979.

Having already enjoyed great success with W.P.I. Civil Engineering Ltd and W.P.I. Surfacing Ltd, the creation of W.P.I. Homes Ltd was seen as a logical progression for the group.

Formed in 2001, the Homes division set about building luxury homes with the emphasis on individual design for the discerning client.
